PackLattice currently prioritizes U.S. delivery while we continue validating supplier routes and service quality.

U.S. shipping

Standard tracked shipping is currently free for U.S. orders. The exact shipping option shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable or a meaningful fulfillment delay is identified before shipment, we will contact you with available options.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timing varies by product, destination, stock location, processing time, and carrier route. Any estimate shown at checkout or in order communications is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be provided in your order communications. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.

Multiple parcels

Items in one order may occasionally ship separately when fulfillment locations or shipping routes differ. If that happens, separate tracking information may be provided.
