Shipping policy

PackLattice currently prioritizes U.S. delivery while we continue validating supplier routes and service quality.

U.S. shipping: Standard tracked shipping is currently free for U.S. orders. The exact shipping option shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Order processing: Orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable or a meaningful fulfillment delay is identified before shipment, we will contact you with available options.

Delivery estimates: Delivery timing varies by product, destination, stock location, processing time, and carrier route. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in order communications is an estimate and is not a guaranteed arrival date unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Tracking: When tracking becomes available, it will be provided in your order communications. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.

Multiple parcels: Items in one order may occasionally ship separately when fulfillment locations or shipping routes differ.

Address accuracy: Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
